Please do not wax/pluck or tint your brows a week prior to your first appointment. Please avoid caffeine, aspirin, and alcohol the recommended time prior to your first appointment (these components thin the blood and prohibit the ink from implanting into the skin). Keep in mind when you book that skin is more sensitive during your menstrual cycle. Do not book if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you are diabetic or recently ended Chemotherapy, you will need to provide a doctor's note with consent for Microblading and or Permanent Makeup Service.

Client Paperwork shall be dated the day of service.

Please, come alone, no guests will be allowed at your cosmetic tattoo appointment.
At this time we are unable to serve beverages, please bring your own
(& remember NO Caffeine 8 hours prior, NO Alcohol Consumption 48 hours prior, NO anti-inflammatory or anti-biotic medications 2 weeks before Cosmetic Tattoo appointment.)

Please wash/sanitize your hands upon entering the Parlour. If you are sick, feeling sick, or have been exposed to anyone who has had a fever within 48 hours of your appointment. Please reschedule!
