Megan Sutton,
Licensed Microblading &
Cosmetic Tattoo Artist

I am a true California native- born in Napa and raised in Hidden Valley Lake, CA. At the age of 17,  I moved to Sonoma County where I attended Santa Rosa Junior College to pursue a career in nursing. While attending SRJC, I earned my certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant & Home Health Aid and acquired my first healthcare position at St. Helena Hospital as Unit Secretary of the ICU/Monitored Care department.

Growing up in a small town, I had always desired to travel. Around my 21st birthday, I packed up and boldly moved to Anchorage, AK. I quickly developed a great fondness for the 49th state (I LOVE fishing & and the outdoors). It was in Alaska that I embarked upon my profession in Hyperbaric Medicine with the American Hyperbaric Center. I quickly evolved as a Certified Hyperbaric Technician, at both Anchorage and Waikiki locations.

By early fall of 2007, I was blessed with a big surprise; I found out I was expecting a child. At eight months pregnant, I made my big move back to Northern California where I gave birth to my son—and as it just so happened, at the same Hospital I was born!

As a new mother, I continued Advancing my profession in Hyperbaric Medicine and Wound Care. I acquired a role as a Certified Hyperbaric Safety Director at Healdsburg District Hospital, where I lead the Hyperbaric department. I independently operated two monoplace Hyperbaric chambers, treating patients with chronic non-healing wounds.

Longing for valuable time with my child, but equally eager to share my passion for helping others, I began an apprenticeship as a Cosmetologist. I have forever acquired a knack for cosmetics & and beauty. (After all, I was awarded Miss Photogenic and Miss Sonoma County at age 8.) Despite my true love for Hyperbaric Medicine and after five incredible years in the profession, I traded in my accomplishments to pursue my passion for the cosmetic industry.

Starting in late summer of 2015 (for almost three years) I worked alongside two of Sonoma County’s Top Board Certified Plastic Surgeons. As a clinical medical assistant, I primarily provided patient care for surgical and med-spa patients. In addition to all my clinical medical assistant duties, I was involved in several sales and marketing aspects of their practice as well as participating in and ensuring the success of all in-house events. In the course of my time at Plastic Surgery Associates and Allegro Medspa, I discovered my excitement to magnify natural beauty, and more importantly, boost confidence in both men and women of all ages. This experience is what ultimately led me to branch out in my pursuit of becoming a Microblading Artist.

Microblading is an absolute blend of substantial skills, experience, and education in both clinical and cosmetic professions. In March of 2018, I completed one of the most prestige Microblading Courses based out of London, UK available in California. The course was provided by internationally renowned educators; two genuinely marvelous and exceptionally talented National PMU & Microblading Trainers.

I have invested in my ongoing education after being certified in Basic Microblading, I was certified in Advanced PMU Brows, Lash Line Enhancement, and Lip Blushing with a leader in the Microblading and Permanent Makeup Industry.

I aspire to be an empowered woman who empowers others with grace, a giver of good brows, a giver of beauty beyond brows, and above all always an honest, open, and raw authentic self.

XO,

Megan, Artist & Owner
